The Paint application is found in the Windows operating system. You have to open the Paint application. To open it, you have to click on the Start menu and then go to the Windows Accessories folder. In this, you have to click on the Paint application and open it.

In this step, you have to save the screenshot. But before that, if you have to edit something in the image then you can do it in the Paint application. As if you want to crop this image you can do it with the help of Paint.

After the image edit, you have to save it.

Automatically save screenshots in OneDrive in Windows 10 operating system.

If OneDrive is installed on your PC, the screenshot you take is automatically saved in OneDrive. This screenshot is saved in OneDrive’s Screenshots folder. Whose text is OneDrive / Pictures / Screenshots by default.

There is also a second option to save the screenshot in the Windows 10 operating system, which is OneDrive. This is Microsoft’s cloud service. First, you have to open OneDrive. You can use the Start menu or Cortana to find it. If you are already using OneDrive. So its folder will get Windows Explorer.

If you have not registered OneDive, then you have to log on by following the onscreen instructions.

You now have to take a screenshot using the Print Screen key. As soon as you print the Print Screen Key, you will see the message of OneDrive on your screen, in which OneDrive will ask you to save this screenshot in One Drive. It has to be yes to you. You can edit or share this screenshot. For this, you have to open OneDrive and then go to its screenshots folder. Here are all the screenshots that you took earlier. From here, you can copy or move any screenshot to another location. Or you can also edit them through image editor software. You may share this screenshot using OneDrive.

How to take a screenshot using the snipping tool.

To open the snipping tool, you have to type snipping tool in the Windows Search Bar.

Snipping tool is a great screen capture tool. Through this, we can take screenshots without any keyboard or without any keyboard shortcut.

With this tool, you can take a screenshot of an entire window or an active window. It has built-in annotations and sharing options.
